The king room was stocked and had beautiful sea views. They offer a complimentary continental breakfast with options for everyone. The resort is in an excellent location near iconic restaurants, cruise ships, and the Rain Forest attraction which is enjoyable for all ages.

The location is perfect, in the East End district next to a tourist attraction, great restaurants, beautiful beachfront, and the famous seawall. the rooms are a nice size with an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico. the staff are amazingly attentive.

My stay was totally mind-blowing! The staff were super friendly and the rooms were jaw-droppingly clean and comfortable. The pool was excellent and the location was perfect for accessing everything. Can't wait to go back!

During my recent business trip, I had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Galveston Island Resort, chosen by my director. The hotel's peaceful atmosphere was perfect for unwinding after a long day of meetings. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub, which provided a serene and relaxing environment. The beachfront location added to the appeal, allowing me to bask in the sun and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, the on-site Fitness Center by Precor was well equipped, and the whirlpool provided a soothing retreat.
Room was advertised as ocean view, we had a view of the dumpster instead with no ocean in sight.

I would only ask for better accommodations for senior people, such as additional handrails in the bathrooms, to ensure a safer and more comfortable stay for guests who may need a little extra assistance.

Waking up to the sight of the water was truly a paradise-like experience, and it added a serene touch to the stay. the free shuttle service to the cruise terminal and Pleasure Pier provided convenient and safe transportation, making exploring the area hassle-free.
While the hotel's amenities were enjoyable, the overall ambiance and decor were a bit dated and dimly lit, reminiscent of the early 90's. A modern update would greatly enhance the guest experience and bring the hotel up to par with its counterparts.

I enjoyed the poolside cocktails at Coconuts Bar and Grill, swimming to the island and staying in the water with a cocktail and some tunes. The modern amenities in the room were great for my business trip.
Oh, and let's not forget the wonderful experience of waiting for a band-aid for an hour while my finger bled. So refreshing.
